New Moodle LAE Releases for 2.7.14, 2.8.12, 2.9.6, 3.0.4

There are four new Moodle: Liberal Arts Edition releases. There are no new LAE features; these are maintenance releases only. Moodle core introduced major changes to the gradebook beginning in Moodle 2.8. Please see CLAMP’s Moodle 2.8 and Moodle 2.9 recommendations for more information.

You can download the updates from their project pages:

The next stable releases are scheduled for mid-July. We expect Moodle HQ release Moodle 3.1.0 on May 23; we will prepare a beta for evaluation at the Butler Hack/Doc Fest and package an official release in July. Moodle 2.8 is now out of support and we do not anticipate additional releases on that branch.

These releases were developed, packaged, and tested by Kevin Wiliarty (Hampshire College) and Charles Fulton (Lafayette College).
