Save the Date: Moodle User Group Meeting 2015

The next CLAMP Moodle User Group (MUG) Meeting will be held Monday, June 22 through Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Faculty, staff, students, and other Moodlers are invited to Holy Cross for two days of presentations and conversation around Moodle use in a liberal arts environment. The registration fee is $50, and will be waived for those who give presentations at the conference. Attendance will be capped at 100.

The event’s website is mug2015.clamp-it.org

The MUG will be followed by CLAMP’s biannual Moodle Hack/Doc Fest, a three-day event where developers, instructional technologists, and others come together to work on the open source learning management system. Hack/Doc runs from Wednesday, June 24 through Friday, June 26, 2015 and will also be held at Holy Cross. Learn more about the event.

This is CLAMP’s second MUG. The first MUG was held at Macalester College in June 2014. The event drew more than 80 participants. Last year’s MUG included presentations such as “Moodle Matchmaking: Adventures in Moodle Piloting”, “Badges? Do We Need Badges?”, “Flipping Learning with Moodle Quizzes”, and “Working with the Workshop — Peer Review Reviewed”.
