The final releases are out for Moodle Liberal Arts Edition’s 2.2.5, and 2.3.2 branches. There is no new release for Moodle 1.9.x at this time.

Note: In my initial post I refered to the 2.3.x release as 2.3.1+LAE3.0.1; that was incorrect. The most recent 2.3.x branch release is Moodle 2.3.2+LAE3.0.2.
